I got to the point where I was tired of feeling that way and made the choice to do something about it. I never thought it was possible until I discovered everything that really is possible for me.

What you put in you will get out. As long as you are open-minded, willing to try new things, show up for yourself and do the inner work, you will see things start to change. It may be subtle at first but your commitment to doing the work means things will start to change on a deeper level because you are choosing yourself.
It is normal to have some fears because it is an investment and it means things will change and that may be uncomfortable at times. However, it’s important to get out of your comfort zone in order to grow and change!

3 months is a long enough period of time to get under the surface, create change on a deeper level and for it to take effect for you long term. This is a great amount of time to really delve into all areas of your life and explore your goals, values, your unconscious mind and use various techniques to support you to experience breakthroughs and progress.

Holistic life coaching is looking at your life as a whole and considering all aspects. Everything that you need is within you and holistic life coaching supports you in being able to discover this. My holistic approach includes life coaching, reiki, hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming.
It is not about judging you or your choices, telling you what to do, or how you should live your life. It’s completely up to you to decide that! A life coach is somebody who supports you in ways that work for you. It’s also not a quick fix to your issues.
It is a journey of self-discovery. This can be uncomfortable at times as you are digging deep and uncovering things that have built up over many years, such as stories you’re telling yourself, beliefs, habits and behaviours. Holistic life coaching helps you find and release these things so you can get out of your own way and start living the life you want to live in the energy you want to be in. Getting out of your comfort zone is important as this is where the growth happens.

Hypnotherapy is a subconscious technique used to help make positive changes in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
The subconscious or unconscious is the part of your mind that you are not conscious of right now. There's loads of stuff that lives here that you’re unaware of, and hypnotherapy helps you access this and make changes at a deeper level.
Hypnosis involves bringing you into a state of deep relaxation where you can access your subconscious mind more easily and become open to positive suggestions.
You are always in control during hypnosis. You can only be hypnotised if you want to be. Anybody can experience hypnosis if they want to.

NLP is Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and is all about becoming the best version of yourself through various tools and techniques around communication, language and the subconscious mind.
We all have our own model of the world and NLP helps you to understand that in order to change what isn’t working for you. It’s a useful tool to help support positive changes, releasing limiting beliefs, creating better habits and changing behaviours, thoughts and patterns.
